Yes. We're fully insured, and can send you a certificate of currency before any work starts, including for builders and strata.
Do you charge for quotes?
Quotes are free in Googong and Jerrabomberra, and online quotes are always free. Onsite quotes elsewhere have a $55 fee.
Can you fix a system someone else installed?
Yes. We work on most brands and will tell you honestly whether a repair or an upgrade makes more sense.
What is a smart irrigation controller?
A controller that connects to your Wi-Fi and local weather data. It skips watering after rain, adjusts for heat and lets you control and monitor everything from your phone.
What can I book online?
Online booking is for our one-hour Irrigation Health Check: a visit to inspect every zone, set your schedule for the season and recommend any repairs or upgrades. It includes a $50 credit toward a smart controller upgrade within 90 days. For repairs, installations, smart controller upgrades and quotes, please use the enquiry form or call us and we'll arrange a time.
We're building a new home. When should we call you?
Ideally before landscaping starts, so pipe runs and the controller location can be planned before paths, turf and garden beds go in.
What warranty do I get?
12 months' workmanship warranty on our installs and repairs, and equipment is covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
How often should I water?
